The building has a total surface area of 8,950 sqm. and comprises offices on each floor of a 4-storey block, with a reception area on the ground floor.

After the refurbishment works, car parking spaces for the staff will be delivered in all three basements. It should be also noted that the building is within easy reach of a variety of public transportation options (buses, trains and subway).

The Company has decided to assess the refurbishment and fit-out of the building under the BREEAM International Non-Domestic Refurbishment 2015 Scheme.

The refurbishment and fit-out works are managed by the professional consultancy entitled “Sotovikis +B Architects”.
