We acted as the BREEAM assessor of this office building, responsible for the design and construction assessment of the property and the submission of the receptive documentation to the BRE certification platform. The building was awarded a BREEAM ‘Good’ rating.
Located in Anthousa, in the Municipality of Pallini in the Eastern Attica region, this office building has a total surface area of circa 4,000 square metres.
The refurbishment works comprised the complete renovation of the existing building and its modification to a modern, open-plan office space.
We were appointed to assess the refurbishment and fit-out of the building under the BREEAM International Non-Domestic Refurbishment 2015 Scheme which is developed by the BRE, a world leading multi-disciplinary building science centre with a mission to improve the built environment through research and knowledge generation.
